HOW DOES THE SIGN-OUT SERVICE WORK?
To use the Sign-Out service, it is necessary to fill out a form (posted on
Classlife). The request will be approved if the equipment is available. You will
receive an email to inform you of the status of your application.
In the form, there is a calendar where you’ll have to select a pick-up day and
time, and another for returning the equipment. You must return the material
on the same day you pick it up, so remember to please choose the same
pick-up and return date.
DEPOSIT FOR USE OUTSIDE SCHOOL PREMISES / 24 HOUR LOANS
If you need to take the material outside of the school, or if you need it for
longer than office hours (max. 24 hours), you will be required to pay a deposit
of 50€. This deposit will be returned to you when you return the equipment.
You will be asked to sign a contract holding you liable for the equipment.
When you pick up your equipment, you will be asked to sign a confirmation
document. The same procedure occurs when you return it. If you do not pick
up the equipment at the agreed upon day/time, your reservation will be lost,
making it available for others to use
